Liberalization of the energy market is a cause of the emergence and development of a separate energy regulation sector that covers regulation from natural resources to energy producers to consumers. We provide legal advice to power companies – electricity or heat producers – in connection with the establishment of local distribution systems, as well as implementation and location of energy lines. This includes support for creating contract documentation with distributors, end customers and developers. We also represent clients in disputes and court or administrative proceedings concerning the distribution and supply of energy.
